We have handled 518 Sunset three times. In 2021 we bought it for builder Michael Baker, who rebuilt the house.
In 2025 we sold it to designer Leanne Ford. She redesigned it, and in February 2026 we brought it back to market. It was in contract in nine days and closed in March at $4,390,000.
