Diana’s innate pulse for the market, with her deep passion for architecture/design and financial intelligence undeniably shines naturally when working with her. She has represented me on both sides of a sale. She negotiates with integrity, while reaching your end goal. We sold my last home during the height of COVID in a seven day escrow. Diana is extraordinary. Truly. I hired her to sell my house, quietly dreading the process to come, and she simply took charge of everything in her calm, can-do way. After identifying a list of items to be done, she first found me a wonderful organizer to take the pressure off with the move out, and went on to organize vendors, compare bids, and oversee a busy schedule to prepare the house for sale. This involved painting and carpeting and staging and much more detailed work to make a stand-out impression on buyers.
